Pizza Grilled Cheese

Pizza Grilled Cheese

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of your favourite kind of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce (or as much as you want)
  • 1/4 cup of mozarella cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine (as needed)

Directions:

  1. Preheat a frying pan at a medium heat
  2. Butter one side of both slices of bread
  3. Spread pizza sauce on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over top of the pizza sauce covered bread
  5. Close the sandwich, and place in the frying pan
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cheese has melted.
  7. Enjoy!
