Pizza Grilled Cheese
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of your favourite kind of bread
- 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce (or as much as you want)
- 1/4 cup of mozarella cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine (as needed)
Directions:
- Preheat a frying pan at a medium heat
- Butter one side of both slices of bread
- Spread pizza sauce on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread
- Sprinkle the cheese over top of the pizza sauce covered bread
- Close the sandwich, and place in the frying pan
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cheese has melted.
- Enjoy!
