Low-fat Western Omelette

Low-fat Western Omelette

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet at medium heat
  2. Whisk 2 eggs into a bowl
  3. Add a splash of milk, salt & peper, onions, bell peppers & ham
  4. Cook till partially set, then top with cheddar cheese
  5. Fold over half of the omelette and cook for another minute
  6. Serve omelette warm with whole grain toast

For any even healthier option, use low-fat cheddar cheese and no ham.
