Birds Nest
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg
- Butter or margarine
Directions:
- Butter both sides of the slice of bread.
- Using a glass with a 1.5 - 2 inch diametre, cut a hole in the middle of the slice of bread.
- Place the bread in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Immediately crack the egg into the hole in the bread.
- When egg is mostly cooked, after about 2 minutes, flip and finish cooking.
- Enjoy!
